PLAYMINT PTE. LTD. ("PLAYMINT", "we", "us", "our") provides interactive social games. PLAYMINT respects and values your privacy. This Privacy Notice applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites, games, applications (including, but not limited to Solitaire Clash Classic, Mahjong Tiledom: Relaxing Match) and all other online or offline products, services, and offerings we may provide in the future. To make this Privacy Notice easier to read, our websites, mobile applications, games, and other offerings are collectively called the "Services."

We collect personal information that you provide to us, personal information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and personal information from third-party sources, as described below.

Account Creation. To access certain parts of our Services, you may need to create a profile (your "PLAYMINT Account"). When you create an PLAYMINT Account for use with our Services, we may collect username, password, country location, and email address. You may also have the option to add a short description about yourself or a profile image, your username, country location, profile image, and description about yourself, which will be visible to other Users.

Payment and Financial Account Information. This may includes bank account, payment card details, and other payment information associated with a transaction made by you in respect of our services, details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us and any refunds made by you, and details of the third-party payment system you use. We use this information to process your purchases, refunds and other financial transaction requests in our Games, Products and Services. We may also process certain information to identify and prevent fraud or other illegal activities.

Your Communications with Us. We and our service providers may collect personal information, such as email address when you request information about our Services, register for our newsletter or loyalty program, request customer or technical support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Surveys. We may contact you to participate in surveys. If you decide to participate, you may be asked to provide certain information, which may include personal information.

Interactive Features. We and others who use our Services may collect personal information that you submit or make available through our interactive features (e.g., messaging and chat features, commenting functionalities, forums, blogs, and social media pages). PLAYMINT also may collect, use, store, transmit and publicly display statistical data regarding your game play (e.g., scores, rankings, and achievements). Any information you provide using the public sharing features of the Services (referred to in this Policy as "User Content") will be considered "public," unless otherwise required by applicable law, and is not subject to the privacy protections referenced herein. Please exercise caution and discretion before revealing any information that may identify you in the real world to other users.

Sweepstakes, Tournaments, Competitions, Contests, or other Events. We may collect personal information you provide for any sweepstakes, tournaments, competitions, contests, or other events that we offer (e.g., name, email address, date of birth). In some jurisdictions, we are required to publicly share information of sweepstakes and contest winners.

Business Development and Strategic Partnerships. We may collect personal information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

Job Applications. We may post job openings and opportunities on our Services. If you respond to one of these postings, we may collect your personal information, such as your application, CV, cover letter, and/or any other information you provide to us.

Referrals and Sharing Features

Our Services may offer various tools and functionalities that allow you to provide personal information about your friends through our referral service. Our referral services may allow you to forward or share certain content with a friend or colleague, such as an email inviting your friend to use our Services. Advertising Partners

We may share your personal information with third-party advertising partners. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and the Services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding the Services or updates to this Privacy Notice).

Mobile Devices

We may send you push notifications through our mobile application. You may opt out from receiving these push notifications by changing the settings on your mobile device. With your consent, we may also collect precise location-based information via our mobile application. You may opt out of this collection by changing the settings on your mobile device.

"Do Not Track"

Do Not Track ("DNT") is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.

Cookies and Technologies

You may stop or restrict the placement of Technologies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. However, if you adjust your preferences, the Services may not work properly.

Please note that cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt-out of certain tracking on some mobile applications by following the instructions for Android, iOS, and others.

8. CHILDREN'S INFORMATION

Our Services are designed for a general audience above 13 years old. We do not intend to or knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information to us, we encourage the child's parent or guardian to contact us to request that we remove the personal information from our systems. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child's PLAYMINT Account, if applicable.

Sensitive Personal Information

We do not generally require you to disclose any sensitive personal information (for example, details of race, religious belief, or sexual orientation) to us, unless we have a legitimate ground to do so, such as it is necessary for us to provide the Services, perform a contract with you, or fulfill a legal obligation. If you do provide us with sensitive personal information for any reason, you consent to us collecting that information and then using and disclosing that information for the purpose for which you disclosed it to us.

Third-Party Websites/Applications

The Services may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our Services or the Services may allow you to interact with third-party services that are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for the third-party's actions or omissions, including but not limited to their privacy practices, content of such other websites or applications, and errors or bugs in their software. Providing personal information to third-party websites or applications is at your own risk.

We may "sell" your personal information or "share" your personal information for "cross-contextual behavioral advertising" to provide you with "cross-context behavioral advertising" about our products and services, as well as to measure and analyze performance, improve the services we provide, and detect illegal or harmful activities.

PLAYMINT does not have actual knowledge of any "sale" of personal information of minors under 16 years of age. PLAYMINT does not have actual knowledge of any "sharing" of personal information of minors under 16 years of age for "cross-context behavioral advertising."

Disclosure Regarding Opt-Out Preference Signals

Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") that can send a signal to the websites you visit indicating your choice to opt-out from certain types of data processing, including data "sales" as defined under certain laws. In certain territories, when we detect such a signal, we will make reasonable efforts to respect your choices indicated by a GPC setting as required by applicable law. If your browser supports it, you can turn on the GPC to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.

Disclosure Regarding Sensitive Personal Information

PLAYMINT only uses and discloses sensitive personal information for the following purposes:

  • To prevent, detect, and investigate security incidents that compromise the availability, authenticity, integrity, and or confidentiality of stored or transmitted personal information.

  • Maintaining or servicing accounts, providing customer service, processing or fulfilling orders and transactions, verifying customer information, processing payments, providing financing, providing analytic services, providing storage, or providing similar services.
  • To verify or maintain the quality or safety of a product, service, or device that is owned, manufactured, manufactured for, or controlled by PLAYMINT and to improve, upgrade, or enhance the service or device that is owned, manufactured by, manufactured for, or controlled by PLAYMINT.
